Having to leave!!!! ¿¿

I would highly recommend staying here! We originally booked in this area of Colombo with the intention of taking the train, but were unable to take the train during our stay. However, the location is very central and there are many other tourist attractions in the area. The hotel seems fairly new or it is really well maintained. It was very clean. The staff were helpful as well! The breakfast buffet was also delicious! We had a variety of food to choose from. I highly recommend staying here.

Good location in the Fort. Clean room and a dedicated shower stall.

The AC worked minimally, the WiFi did not work at all and the staff was not concerned about it when I asked about both of these issues.

The staff was polite. We had paid extra and checked in early. However, they refused to provide us drinking water. They gave us 2 500ml bottles for 30 hours! They said that they “weren’t allowed” to give more water, and we had to buy the water for LKR 250 for 500ml. Even though we paid half the tariff and checked-in earlier!

I liked the room and the services very much. The room was comfortable, clean and very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked the place very much.

Very convenient location, decent breakfast

After the hospitality and value of sites outside of Colombo, this felt very bare bones amenity -wise

I have booked a room with 2 twin beds and they were not ready when we arrived, we had to wait do the staff to separate the beds for us

Rooms are very small size as per the amount they charge and roomViews are not good

The room was clean and spacious. The position was good, near the Dutch Hospital where there are restaurants and bars.

Great location! Right next to the harbor and the One Galle Mall! Rooms were very comfortable and their food, especially the Sri Lankan breakfast was very good.

Reservations were a little mixed up because we booked through a third party site.

You could hear loud music from nearby live bands in the bars if you have a street facing room.

This hotel was very conveniently located and we were able to walk from the train station.The room was fairly small, as expected but beautifully decorated and very clean.Breakfast was fine but the selection was limited.

Well appointed room, very clean, attentive staff

Right opposite the small Dutch shopping centre which has a band on most nights, they were on until past midnight over the weekend and the noise wasn’t pleasant when trying to sleep!

Fantastic location close to all of the sights we wanted to see. We took the half-day city tour and this was enough for us - we saw a temple and its museum, the Natural History Museum and National Museum, as well as the Lotus Tower. Breakfast was fine with some nice fruits and desserts. Ordered room service one night and food was excellent.

Wi-fi was an issue - despite help from the staff on the front desk, it regularly dropped out and was sometimes slow or even completely inaccessible. Had to pay for a latte at breakfast, so I stuck with the pot of coffee which was free.
